The Position
We're seeking an experienced Senior Client Success Manager to join our client's growing team. This role will be instrumental in managing key client relationships and driving the expansion of their client success initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Client Partnership
- Guide a portfolio of high-value clients through their digital marketing journey, serving as their primary strategic advisor
- Lead data-driven performance reviews across digital advertising platforms, analyzing metrics from initial lead generation through return on ad spend
- Conduct regular strategic consulting sessions to review campaign effectiveness, tackle challenges, and chart paths for growth
Relationship Management & Growth
- Own and nurture relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and proactive problem resolution
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand client partnerships through deep understanding of their business objectives
- Build and maintain strong connections with internal teams, including media buyers and marketing specialists, to ensure seamless campaign execution
Performance Excellence
- Deliver comprehensive marketing insights and recommendations based on platform analytics and industry trends
- Monitor and optimize client satisfaction metrics while driving long-term value
- Contribute to the development and refinement of client success processes and best practices
Professional Leadership
- Stay at the forefront of digital marketing developments, particularly in paid social and search advertising
- Share expertise and insights to help clients navigate the evolving digital landscape
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the client success department
Required Qualifications
- Based in Canada with native-level English proficiency
- 4+ years of experience in B2B client relationship management
- Proven track record in consultative client partnerships and relationship building
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive client retention and generate referral business
- Natural drive for process improvement and systems optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Digital marketing agency background
- Experience in the home improvement sector
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- E-commerce industry knowledge
