The Role
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Video Editor with a passion for crafting high-performing short-form video ad creatives and graphics. This role is ideal for someone with a strong portfolio of ad-centric projects, advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Apps (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), and a deep understanding of performance-driven video editing for digital advertising.
Core Responsibilities
Creative Video Editing & Production
- Edit and produce scroll-stopping ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and Display.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop to create engaging video content.
- Design static ad graphics that align with campaign goals.
- Optimize video performance based on key metrics like CTR, watch time, and engagement.
Performance-Driven Strategy
- Develop creatives designed for lead generation and conversions.
- Use AI tools to enhance video projects, including voice-over generation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with advertising goals.
Post-Production & Execution
- Manage the entire post-production process, from initial edit to final delivery.
- Enhance storytelling with B-roll footage, transitions, captions, and motion graphics.
- Ensure high-quality content is delivered within tight deadlines.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Stay ahead of industry trends to produce fresh and engaging content.
- Work alongside media buyers and strategists to refine creative briefs.
- Occasionally create long-form content for internal and external resources.
What We're Looking For
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and related plugins.
- Ideally, a strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven ad creatives (but exceptions can be made if your portfolio doesn't have ads).
- Proficiency in motion graphics, color grading, and sound editing.
- Ability to analyze performance data and iterate creatives for better results.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely.
