OverviewWhat will you be doing?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biddable Account Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on one of largest clients, Stellantis UK. This pivotal role holds strategic importance as search and social channels drive the largest proportion of our client's online conversions.
As the Biddable Account Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative search and social campaigns that align with Stellantis’ business objectives, ensuring sustained growth and market leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, enabling them to competently manage multiple channels and brands’ worth of Biddable campaigns, budgets, and stakeholders with support of the team around them.
Responsibilities· Utilising technical expertise to enhance search and social campaign effectiveness, optimising performance metrics, and driving significant ROI.
· Collaborating with the Biddable Account Director to communicate strategies and performance effectively, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.
· Working with a team of biddable experts, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure excellent campaign management and continuous optimisation.
· Maintaining operational excellence across the team through delivery of finance, reporting, and optimization on a regular basis.
· Evaluating and adopting the latest biddable trends and technologies to keep Stellantis at the forefront of industry innovations.

QualificationsWhat are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have a strong background in leading direct response Performance Media activity. You’ll have experience across the key Biddable platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok etc. We will consider individuals who have a strong background in either Paid Search or Paid Social, but are ambitious and quick learners.
You will be comfortable in formulating Paid Search and Paid Social strategy and feel comfortable presenting it to high-level audiences, getting buy-in for new ideas and articulating narrative based on data.
You will be adept at leading and inspiring junior team members, ensuring they are operationally sound and delivering best in class work. This role involves line management of one executive, while working with and delegating to the wider team.
· Strong technical skills on multiple paid media platforms (i.e. Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.)
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Aptitude in maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
· Exemplary track record in managing activation excellence + delivering strategic workstreams
· Ability to deliver a high standard of work with strong attention to detail within an agreed deadline
· Experience in managing members of a team and delegating tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Experience delivering automated solutions to manual tasks to improve account efficiency
· Experience in driving innovation through Test & Learn
