Job Description
- Creating an objective, auditable optimization and analysis framework across all channels
- Rolling out data taxonomy and ensuring 100% global compliance
- Identifying any learning/skills gaps and correcting them
- Partnering with client lead to stabilize and grow both the relationships and commercials of the business
- Leading channel POVs and innovation with direct contact with key clients
- Reporting to the Regional Media Lead
Excellence: On Time Launch, Campaign Pacing
Effectiveness: KPI Delivery, Tech Adoption
Efficiency: Media under management, Error Rate, Revenue per head
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in paid media activation
- Expertise across Paid Media channels and platforms
- Experience with campaign management and optimization tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
