OverviewMaserati media strategy is digital first, with over 90% of media budget invested digital channels. The UK Senior Account Manager will be the main point of contact for the Maserati UK client, managing all media strategy and planning tasks, whilst also working closely with each channel activation specialist ensuring campaigns go live accurately and on time.
The UK Senior Account Manager will also work closely with the Starcom Global and EMEA teams, based in Italy, to ensure local market media directives, process changes, and reporting requests from Maserati Global and EMEA are actioned.
The Maserati UK Senior Account Manager role is a great opportunity for an experienced and independent Account Manager to service and drive forward an exciting luxury automotive account.
Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for Maserati UK, leading media strategy and planning in alignment with Global/EMEA directives.
- Oversee the client briefing process and collaborate with activation teams to ensure accurate and timely campaign execution.
- Coordinate closely with the Starcom Europe lead in Italy and provide reports and presentations to Maserati UK and Europe.
- Deliver all client and internal outputs, including planning, reporting, financials, insights, points of view, and innovation, adhering to luxury account management best practices.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Qualifications- Significant experience in an Account Manager role within the media industry, with a strong foundation in both digital and traditional media planning in the UK Market.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to provide exceptional service to clients, including confidently making recommendations or diplomatically challenging clients as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interfacing with internal teams and external agency partners.
- Proven project and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and remain composed under pressure.
- Strategic and creative media thinker with a proactive, autonomous approach in identifying new opportunities and driving business growth.
