The Wavemaker Investment team sits at the very heart of our business, managing billions in media billings across the globe. On one-hand we coordinate the delivery of and maximize performance-related incentives from a range of international client trading commitments. On the other, we promote new trading models that offer significant benefits for our clients
Vision for the role
We want someone to support on the commitment tracking for some of our key global clients. You will also be expected to support on the collation of data to help steer client dialogue on current media performance and landscape. Working with our local markets, the successful candidate will also need relationship building capabilities to successfully align local, regional, and global needs.
Client Pricing Delivery & Management
- Help maintain up to date statuses and on-time reporting for your clients.
- Able to answer questions from local teams on the commitment of clients in your responsibility, to support their PRF delivery
- Understand when to escalate unusual results to your team with the aim of finding a solution to improve results in advance of deadlines
- STRETCH: Input in client meetings
New Business Investment / Commercial Team Alignment
- Knowing where to find client commitments and be able to understand what they mean
- STRETCH: Fully understand the PRF mechanisms and KPIs on your clients in relation to tracking results, eg. Bonus/malus thresholds and where to prioritise optimisation
Development
- Actively sign up to GroupM university learning where your skill set requires
- Begin to form good working relationships with the local markets
- Ensure you regularly reflect against your objectives and are actively engaging with Culture Amp
- STRETCH: Train other markets and new joiners on our reporting tools
Required Experience & Skills
- Fast learner who is willing and able to multi-task
- Intermediate, PowerPoint, Excel, and numerical skills
- Good communicator
