We’re looking for a talented Client Partner to join our team and play a key role in supporting our strategic partnership with Marriott International across the EMEA region.
About the Client:
Marriott International is a global leader in the hospitality industry, with a diverse portfolio of brands. As part of the Spark Foundry team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to support the development and execution of media strategies for Marriott, helping to elevate their presence across both biddable and non-biddable channels. This role is an exciting chance to contribute to the success of a leading global brand while learning from industry experts and senior leadership.
Role Overview:
As a Client Partner for Marriott’s EMEA region, you will work closely with the Global Managing Partner to execute media strategies that align with Marriott’s business goals. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their leadership skills while overseeing the day-to-day execution of media campaigns. You’ll be a key player in the team, managing client relationships and supporting the development of campaigns that drive real business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Support:
- Work alongside the Global Managing Partner as a key point of contact for Marriott’s EMEA leadership team, ensuring strong, collaborative relationships.
- Support the alignment of media strategies with Marriott’s business objectives, ensuring that campaigns are tailored to both global and regional goals.
Campaign Execution & Media Strategy:
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated media strategies across biddable (search, social, programmatic) and non-biddable channels (linear TV, OOH, print).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently, optimising performance through data-driven insights.
Team Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including media planning, activation, and data analytics, to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Contribute to the development and execution of innovative media strategies, supporting the team’s drive for excellence.
Operational & Financial Support:
- Support the management of the client P&L, ensuring financial targets are met and operational processes are running smoothly.
- Assist with resource allocation and ensure that the team remains responsive to client needs.
Thought Leadership & Industry Awareness:
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to support the team’s efforts in delivering innovative solutions.
- Represent Spark Foundry in meetings and internal forums, sharing knowledge and contributing to the team’s strategic discussions.
Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in a media agency or similar role, with exposure to both biddable and non-biddable media channels (search, social, programmatic, TV, OOH, print).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and campaign execution.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering results.
- Financial awareness, with an understanding of P&L management and budget tracking.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
