How You’ll Make an Impact
As a seasoned sales and business development professional, you will leverage your industry expertise and deep industry network to drive transformative growth for Epsilon within the Technology, Media/Entertainment, Telecommunications and/or Travel verticals. In this role, you will lead sales initiatives for a given target list of new logos within your specific vertical(s) to generate new business and close multiple high value deals annually. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, you will cultivate enduring relationships with key decision-makers within your specific vertical(s), positioning Epsilon as a strategic partner that offers innovative solutions. You will drive efforts to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas through proactive outreach and strategic selling.
Your role will involve researching, crafting and delivering customized ad tech and mar tech strategies and solutions for your perspective clients that highlight how Epsilon’s solutions can drive their business objectives and solve their unique problems. By applying strategic negotiation skills and securing favorable contract terms, you will ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both Epsilon and its clients. Staying ahead of industry trends and adapting to evolving market demands will be crucial in maintaining Epsilon’s competitive edge and leadership in the marketplace. Your efforts will not only drive immediate sales success but also contribute to long-term growth and valuable partnerships for Epsilon.
What You’ll Achieve
- Achievement of Revenue Goals: Successfully secure new business by targeting and closing new logos from your designated list of accounts, consistently surpassing ambitious revenue objectives to drive substantial growth for Epsilon.
- Executive Network Development: Strategically unlock and engage C-level and executive contacts within a designated list of target accounts, cultivating high-value relationships with decision-makers.
- Lead Generation & Prospect Identification: Innovatively discover and evaluate new sales opportunities by utilizing research, networking, and conventional outreach strategies, ensuring a proactive approach in expanding your potential client base.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, consultative relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and deliver tailored, impactful solutions.
- Consultative Solution Selling: As a seasoned sales executive, you will deliver persuasive presentations and insightful product demonstrations, expertly aligning with client needs and fostering strategic deals through a consultative approach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and collaborate with prospective clients to align efforts and ensure seamless communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Strategic Market Insights & Executive Client Engagement: Leverage extensive industry expertise to perform comprehensive research and prepare meticulously for executive-level client interactions, ensuring a profound understanding of client needs and prevailing market dynamics.
- Product Expertise (Ad Tech/MarTech): Maintain expert knowledge in ad tech and mar tech solutions, particularly across paid and owned channels, to effectively support client discussions and decisions.
- Expert Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals that meet both client needs and business objectives, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Who You Are
- What you’ll bring with you:
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required. Aan advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience in sales roles, with substantial exposure to new business development/new logo sales.
- Seasoned Sales Professional: Proven track record of driving revenue growth and establishing yourself as a leader in MarTech and AdTech, specifically as a hunter (not a farmer).
- Deep network and expertise withing specific vertical (i.e., tech, media, telco or travel)
- Thought Leader and Trusted Consultant: Expertise in MarTech/AdTech has allowed you to build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers in order to position Epsilon as a strategic partner.
- Skilled in Tailored Sales Presentations: Ability to create and deliver presentations that address the unique challenges and needs of perspective clients, effectively showcasing the benefits of Epsilon’s solutions.
- Strategic Negotiator: Proficient in negotiation and contract closure, ensuring outcomes that are advantageous for both Epsilon and its clients.
- Adaptable and Forward-Thinking: Keeps ahead of industry trends and adapts strategies to maintain Epsilon’s leadership position.

Pay Range: $139,500 - $232,500
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
