As the Vice President, Client Lead, you will lead a team of Epsilon Data salespeople, shaping and executing account strategies that align with client business objectives while driving data revenue growth within the Healthcare and/or CPG verticals. You’ll collaborate with Publicis Groupe leadership and cross-functional teams to design and deliver integrated marketing solutions that leverage Epsilon’s data solutions, cutting-edge technology, and data insights. By building data solutions and aligning offering with their goals and outcomes, trusted relationships with clients, and Epsilon’s offerings with their goals. You will deliver measurable outcomes, establish long-term partnerships, and position Epsilon as an indispensable partner in their marketing transformation journey.
What You’ll Achieve
- Revenue Growth: Exceed sales targets and achieve profitability goals through strategic planning, client education, and closing new opportunities.
- Client Success: Drive measurable outcomes by implementing tailored solutions that address unique client challenges in the Healthcare and/or CPG sectors.
- Strategic Collaboration: Facilitate alignment across internal teams, Publicis Groupe agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and shared success.

Who You Are
- A dynamic and strategic leader with deep expertise in the Healthcare and/or CPG verticals, excelling in a fast-paced environments and influencing both clients and cross-functional teams to achieve impactful outcomes.
- Demonstrates strategic consultative and technical selling skills, creating data-driven strategies across all Epsilon solutions and aligning client needs with Epsilon’s enterprise offerings to deliver measurable business value.
- Maintains trusted advisor relationships with C-level and senior management, leveraging superior communication skills to present Epsilon’s unified message, negotiate complex contracts, and resolve challenges while preserving client satisfaction.
- Skilled in navigating corporate structures to position and close- cross-sell solutions, managing a strategic book of accounts that drives growth across all data channels and corporate enterprise solutions.
- Brings thought leadership to the team by mentoring peers, leading special projects, and fostering a solution-oriented mindset, consistently using business acumen to align strategies with Epsilon’s corporate outcomes.
- Exhibits professionalism and emotional intelligence in challenging situations, effectively managing conflict and delivering difficult messages in a way that maintains strong client and internal relationships while driving results.
- What You’ll Bring With You
- Extensive Leadership Experience: 15+ years of experience of successful sales, driving revenue and leading client-facing teams, within the Healthcare and/or CPG sectors or Media/Advertising.
- Healthcare and/or CPG Expertise: Proven ability to navigate the industry’s unique challenges, regulatory landscapes, and business priorities.
- Strategic Insight: Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, third-party data utilization across all channels, Data, and MarTech/AdTech solutions tailored to drive acquisition, retention, and personalization.
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in advanced analytics and measurement models (e.g., generating consumer insights from profiles and consumer insight studies, providing clients with data-driven recommendations for targeting etc.).
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams, including sales, product, analytics, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives. Leverage cross-functional collaboration to enhance client outcomes and foster alignment across Epsilon and Pubicis Groupe.
- Innovation-Driven: A passion for leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and dynamic creative solutions, to drive marketing innovation.
- Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication, negotiation, and a team-oriented approach with experience working within large holding companies and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel as needed for client facing meetings and industry events.
Pay Range: $176,250 - $293,750
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
