OverviewJob Description
This role will be primarily dedicated to the ASICS European region account but will work across other brands as needed. The selected candidate will report directly into the ASICS Media Account Director to:
- Work with the strategy, data, Account Managers and planning directors to create strong through-the-line media recommendations for multiple European markets and delivering brilliant client service.
- Manage the entire planning process from receipt of brief all the way to post campaign analysis and quarterly business reviews with clients for performance-based campaigns.
- Oversight of our Specialist/Activation teams (based in London) and media vendors to coordinate media recommendations and review proposals, identifying the best media partners and ideas for each campaign for paid social and performance-based campaigns. You will ensure the biddable media strategy is executed, implementation and optimization goals are achieved, and client’s targets are met as efficiently as possible.
- Support two executives to ensure compliance of all campaign taxonomy, setup requirements and client billing process.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Be responsible for campaigns’ overall strategy and planning and working with activation team to deliver performance.
- Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and the lead for the performance elements of the plan.
- Establish practices to ensure both consistency in teamwork, along with flexibility to flourish under new ideas.
- Implement a test and learning plan.
- Proactively find new and innovative ways to drive forward the strategy for the client.
- Coordinate asset delivery with external agencies
- Reporting and finance management
Who we are looking for.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, to lead the strategic and tactical execution of ATL Paid Media campaigns. The dynamic and fast-paced nature of cross market planning requires creative and analytical skills to drive results. We are looking for candidates with ideally 3 years experience in account management and Media planning.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with data and have very strong attention to detail. They will be a team player who is keen to learn and is results-driven. They will be eager to share their knowledge with the wider team and be an effective mentor and role model to their team.
German speaker is a plus, but candidates with relevant planning experience in Germany are encouraged to apply
QualificationsPre-requisites for the role
- 3 years Media planning related experience
- Have excellent knowledge of the English language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative and inquisitive mind
- Confidence in client management
Enjoy managing and mentoring new and existing team members
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, particularly explaining technical concepts to those in non-technical roles
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, across multiple internal stakeholders
- Keen attention to detail and an analytical approach to achieving objectives.
- Is open to new ideas and change, curious, and collaborative; actively builds his/her knowledge, skills and digital expertise to promote and deliver effective campaigns; desire to contribute, above and beyond role, to the agency as a whole.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google suite; experience in Campaign Manager, Google Analytics and GWI or other audience insights tools is a plus but not a requirement.
