OverviewThe Associate Connections Director is a pivotal role within the planning team and the agency, responsible for leading digital and social strategies for brands. This position involves not only executing digital programs but also providing strategic counsel to account and creative partners, ensuring alignment with the client's short- and long-term business goals. The Associate Connections Director will work closely with multi-functional teams, mapping out the consumer journey and identifying the best opportunities to connect with consumers at each touchpoint. Additionally, this role includes managing the agency’s internal influencer discovery and partnership process. This person will develop relevant social insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance the overall business strategy.
ResponsibilitiesLead Campaign Strategy: Create and oversee campaign social briefs, providing clear direction, inspiration, and education to creative teams.
- Competitive landscapes and whitespace opportunities.
- Strategies to build deeper relationships with customers.
- Opportunities to evolve existing programs for exceptional experiences.
QualificationsResearch Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of research tools, including Helixa, Infegy, Crimson Hexagon, or similar platforms.
Communication Skills: Outstanding communication (written and verbal) skills, capable of effectively engaging clients, teammates, and external partners.
