Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to create e-commerce media plans that achieve business goals.
- Execute and manage Amazon Ads, ensuring performance optimization and detailed reporting.
- Analyze the reports and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations for Search, Display, EDM, and sales forecasting.
- Measure performance for key sales events and product launches on platforms like Amazon, Rakuten, Lazada, and Shopee.
- Act as a go-to resource for audience insights, marketplace trends, and user behavior to drive traffic and revenue growth.
- Develop strategic recommendations based on data insights.
Key Success Measures
In 3 Months:
- Understand the client’s product portfolio, market position, competitive landscape, and the role of e-commerce analytics.
- Gain proficiency in data collection, cleaning, analysis, and validation.
- Support strategy development by analyzing data and identifying key insights.
In 6 Months:
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to deliver high-value, automated analytics.
- Ensure global best practices are implemented.
- Build strong testing and analysis frameworks with the e-commerce team.
In 12 Months:
- Independently lead vendor reporting and insight development.
- Manage day-to-day relationships and refine working processes.
- Develop effective reporting solutions to simplify performance tracking for client teams.
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to manage daily communication with internal Planning team and local retailers like Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, and Rakuten.
- 1-2 years of relevant analytics experience, preferably in e-commerce or a digital agency (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for clear and impactful reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a natural affinity for numbers.
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A team player with a passion for delivering excellence in execution.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and Google Data Studio is a plus.
