In this role, your goals will be:In three months:
- Complete understanding of team responsibilities, areas of focus, and engagement across agency teams
- You will have a firm understanding of where GroupM Programmatic “data” and “inventory” resides, it’s value, and be able to access it with ease
- You will have a basic understanding of current China media landscape (bidding and ad-serving) and access to all ecosystems
In six months:
- You will become confident in your capabilities and be able to independently support agency strategic planning teams on their requests and problems
- You will provide input to GroupM Programmatic leadership on strategic direction and areas of potential growth & development for the team
In Twelve months:
- You will become a confident team leader and spokesperson for marketing science and insights & analytics to WM clients who request programmatic media buy
- You will provide strategic guidance and direction to our client strategy team as it pertains to marketing science and the responsibilities described in this job description
Responsibilities of the role:
- Quickly adapt to programmatic operations for both product delivery and service model
- Ensure on-time and on-quality planning actions and execution monitoring of programmatic campaigns
- Optimize & manage campaigns in terms of strategy optimizations to deliver best outcome
- Work closely with operation teams internally and externally throughout campaign execution
- Cooperate with Product Solution team to explore and develop business opportunities of new products/inventories, oversee execution of innovative solution to deliver best practice
- Being enthusiastically learn and deep dive the capabilities of all platforms/inventories and share with the broader team
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor degree majoring in advertising, marketing or media preferred
- Experience in understanding media planning, ad-serving or bidding systems
- Experience in account management or programmatic campaigns operation areas
- Proven successful client engagement, business development, sales, and planning skills
