We’re Looking For
An experienced Senior Paid Search Specialist who is passionate about data-driven marketing and understands how to maximize performance across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube & Display) for Enterprise clients that spend $500K - $1M+ per month. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong account management skills who thrives on optimizing campaigns, developing innovative strategies, and communicating directly with clients to drive results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and optimizing Paid Search campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Conducting regular account audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Crafting compelling Points of View (POVs) and data-driven reports for clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with client goals and KPIs.
- Monitoring budgets, campaign performance, and key metrics to drive ROI.
- Leading client calls and presenting strategic recommendations directly.
- Developing and implementing strategies for search, display, video, and remarketing campaigns.
- A/B testing ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of Paid Search experience managing high-budget accounts ($500K - $1M+ per month).
- Proven success executing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube & Display)
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients in an agency environment.
- Strong communication skills—you can confidently present insights to executives.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, bid management platforms, and data visualization tools.
- Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and ROAS optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization (CRO) and omni-channel marketing strategies.

Compensation
- 💰 $95,000 – $108,000 USD per year
