About the Strategic Delivery team
The Strategy delivery team within Performics is responsible for the execution of key strategic growth pillars from the plan to the final outcome. Our team guide the Performics community through change and ensure that the strategy is delivered successfully from top to bottom, accelerating business impact and transformation.
OverviewAs the Capability and Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and building training pathways, driving desired business behaviours, and improved work outputs. You will be a key point of contact for Performics’ staff, directing them to useful resources and mobilising knowledge across the agency. You will work within the Strategic Delivery team, servicing performance media specialists to deliver market-leading Performance Orchestration (data, technology, media, operations, and people management) for their clients. By aligning with business objectives and fostering strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, you’ll deliver and mobilise comprehensive, competency-driving training to ensure success.
Responsibilities- Acting as a point of contact across performance media, directing teammates to relevant trainings that will enhance their work performance.
- Owning, managing, briefing, and scheduling business-as-usual trainings that fosters up-to-date best practices by liaising with key media vendors, ensuring these align with the broader training calendar.
- Collaborating. with Heads of Department and advocates of Capability and Enablement to gain feedback on training needs.
- Identifying opportunities to create new training courses and pathways that will amplify the agency’s capabilities.
- Creating eLearning trainings and workshops, using instructional design principles.
- Assisting other teammates in developing effective training and workshops.
- Presenting Performics’ capability offerings during team meetings.
- Ensuring accurate tracking of training attendance and engagement.
- Consulting with Publicis Media’s Learning and Development (L&D) team and Performics’ Talent team.
- Supporting the Head of Capability and Enablement on broader agency initiatives.
QualificationsWe are looking for someone who:
- Has strong project management and communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
- Has a background in project management, learning and development, and/or performance marketing.
- Demonstrates knowledge or a keen interest in technological advancements and performance marketing.
- Has critical thinking skills, with the ability to ask questions to understand challenges and the ability to create solutions.
- Ability to take the lead on workstreams, from planning and coordination through to execution and reporting.
You will ideally have:
- Experience with instructional design.
- Experience working with eLearning authoring tools, learning management systems, and video editing software.
