Responsibilities- Campaign Leadership: Support the Planning Director in delivering exceptional work, manage day-to-day campaign delivery, and lead smaller client briefs.
- Client Relationships: Build trusted connections with day-to-day clients, deliver impeccable client service (ICS), and ensure your team follows suit.
- Proactive Insights: Share proactive media opportunities, category news, and business insights with clients to add value.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor 1+ executives, set clear progression plans, and foster a positive team culture.
- Commercial Focus: Understand revenue opportunities, ensure financial accuracy, and support the Planning Director in delivering win-win outcomes.
- Agency Engagement: Participate in agency initiatives, showcase your team’s work, and build strong relationships with peers, partners, and suppliers.
Qualifications- The client’s business requires us to work at a fast pace and alongside multiple stakeholders, so we’re looking for a positive, can-do attitude from someone joining the team
- Client leadership experience is key, leading positive brand relationships
- Manage and foster positivity and motivation with your direct report
- Build strong and effective relationships with investment teams to ensure smooth running of the account
- Experience working in a Media Planning role, having impeccable attention to detail with cross channel media planning experience.
