OverviewWe have an opening for a talented and ambitious Art Director to join Team One and the Publicis Groupe network in Melbourne.
You’ll pair up with a copy based creative partner to develop impactful creative solutions on a well-known luxury automotive brand.
Working with a smart, kind team of digital and luxury specialists, you will support and help drive high quality craft and art direction and deliver innovative, effective and strong conceptual thinking in the luxury space. Additionally, as part of Publicis Groupe, you will join an organisation that has industry-leading flexibility and a culture we’re famous for.
Day to day in this role, you’ll get to:
- Develop effective and creative digitally led campaigns, and contribute to thought leading on customer journey mapping, creative concepts, art direction, tone etc.
- Work across the full creative channel ecosystem, collaborating with broader creative teams and disciplines, and some of the best and brightest minds in the business.
- Comfortably present work and build strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
- Take hands-on responsibility for project delivery and proactively take an interest in quality of care and see work through to final delivery phases.
The person we’re looking for is/has:
- Proven experience working on luxury client accounts, ideally within fashion, lifestyle and/or automotive (all applications must include an online portfolio of creative work).
- A minimum of 5 years’ creative agency experience.
- Vast experience across the full creative channel ecosystem and excellent understanding of customer journey.
- A self-starting team player with a growth mindset – you will form part of a key creative partnership so a positive and respectful attitude is a must.
- Strong understanding of photography, typography, digital/social and print.
- Fluency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator CC - must be able to work at pace on your own concepts.
- Strong story telling ability – ability to turn insights into a narrative and effective creative solution for clients.
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles.
- Have a strong commitment to the needs of clients and their brands and be passionate about delivering the best work to them.
- Evidence of delivering innovative campaigns with proven effectiveness to drive growth for clients.
- Have a keen interest in design, culture and innovation.
This role is full-time/part-time negotiable.
