Please note that this is a hybrid position in our Birmingham, MI office (3 days onsite per week, with option to work from home 2 days per week).
OverviewThe Supervising Producer is a production specialist responsible for the successful delivery of production for a specific track of work associated with a marketing campaign initiative or client project. The Supervising Producer will work with both in-house and 3rd party vendors to ensure all deliverables are produced on-time, on-budget, and are of the highest quality. The Supervising Producer will work with a Project Manager to provide support on the delivery of productions within any size program. The Producer is responsible for adhering to Razorfish’s standards, in terms of risk (flagging to legal and business affairs). The producer is also responsible for checking the creative and production brief with the Risk Assessment team but also the Diversity & Inclusion team.
The Supervising Producer will be expected to provide the Project Manager with the inputs they need to properly manage the overall program as it relates to the production deliverables that he/she is responsible for. The Supervising Producer should have built a wide-range of contacts both internally and externally and should know how to get ballparks and be able to speak confidently in meetings on rough pricing, and the level of effort required to complete work.
Responsibilities- Supervising all production projects and ensuring alignment with agency objectives.
- Providing mentorship, training, and support to the production team.
- Setting and overseeing departmental goals and benchmarks.
- Evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies.
- Collaborating with agency leadership on growth strategies.
- Streamlining production processes for efficiency.
- Coordinating with finance and operations on budgeting and resource allocation.
- Representing the production team in inter-departmental meetings.
- Handling escalated client concerns and feedback.
- Evaluating project outcomes and analyzing performance metrics.
Qualifications- 7-10 years of experience in production.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.

Compensation Range: $105,160 - 177,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
