OverviewJob Description:
As a junior creative team (Art Director and Copywriter), you will be integral to the conception and execution of select creative projects from end to end. You will work closely and be supported by our senior creatives to deliver effective and compelling craft solutions for our amazing portfolio of clients.

In this role, as a team you will get to:
- Work under the day-to-day creative direction and mentorship of our incredible CCO, GCD’s and senior teams.
- Working from a brief with your creative partner to develop innovative and effective ideas for assigned multi-channel campaigns and projects.
- Assist with creating and presenting creative concepts that align with our clients' objectives.
- Collaborate with the wider creative team and departments to bring all cross-channel campaign elements to life.
- Participate and contribute to brainstorm sessions and ideation process.
- Stay up to date with cultural and industry trends, and emerging technologies
The ideal team is / has:
- Recent graduates or a team with 1-2 years of experience working within a creative agency (don’t worry if you aren’t in a creative partnership already, we also love to pair creatives up).
- A strong portfolio of your work and ideas showcasing your craft and versatility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and the wider agency.
- You are entrepreneurial, self-starters who are passionate about creativity and out of the box thinking.
- You are also curious and immersed in culture, and love to use your creativity to solve human problems.
- You work fast and can manage your time effectively to work to tight deadlines.
- You enjoy working in an agile environment and be comfortable with a fluid approach to work – easily adapting to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Your attention to detail is sharp, like razor sharp.
- The Art Director is Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator CC)
