This role reports to: Performance Team Leader
Responsibilities of the role:
- 拥有买量优化实操带队经验,独立操盘,能够根据产品制定主流广告渠道投放策略,内容策略,指导团队作战;负责整合广告渠道资源,关系维护及日常沟通,建立长期稳定的合作关系;
- 与客户建立长期紧密合作关系,清晰了解客户需求,制定品牌长期和短期策略及执行方案,有效地实现客户KPI
- 负责公司客户的线上效果广告投放,包括但不限于字节系、小红书、腾讯系、百度系、B站、应用商店、私域流量等平台
- 为重点客户优化提供合理建议,推动问题高效解决,保证账户投放平稳;结合客户不同投放阶段所需,探索创新行业产品,助力提升广告主投放效果;
- 了解并运用更大平台的数据分析工具,包括云图,灵犀,如翼等, 进行人群洞察,品牌机会点挖掘
- 定期对投放方式和渠道,以及相关问题做出判断,及时调整投放策略;通过对投放策略进行优化,提升广告效果,实现ROI最大化,对新增量级和质量负责
- 维护并且搭建整体数据追踪系统,熟悉广告归因,并且了解广告追踪和数据追踪
- 与团队内部协作设计高效的广告创意、对短视频,推广文案和落地页并根据数据情况持续优化
- 需要了解公司下单,财务,付款等流程,确保广告正常上线
What you’ll need:
- 6年以上相关工作经验,2年以上管理岗位经验,具备一定的行业分析能力及总结能力,逻辑清晰,数据分析能力强;
- 3年以上信息流广告投放工作经验,熟悉字节系、小红书、腾讯系、等广告投放的规则、逻辑、账户操作、产品功能等
- 有甲乙方3C行业投放推广经验者优先
- 负责过千万级产品的市场投放,理解3C用户获取市场现状
- 实操过腾讯系、字节系、百度系、小红书等线上广告投放账户,熟悉CPC CPM OCPM OCPA等投放模式,个人负责账户月耗百万级以上
- 具备一定的抗压能力,自驱力及学习力强,善于沟通协作,能独立负责项目并高效推进。
