Job Description
At Publicis Groupe, cloud computing is the cornerstone of our IT transformation journey, enabling us to modernize infrastructure, automate workloads, and drive next-generation innovation. We are seeking a Senior Associate Cloud & DevOps with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in cloud-based technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and advanced cloud infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure, or AWS, or GCP, coupled with a strong DevOps foundation and a commitment to improving processes and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads across different environments.
- Develop and maintain robust, reusable IaC templates using Terraform or similar tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to select, integrate, and optimize CI/CD tools and workflows.
- Interpret architecture documentation and translate it into actionable cloud environments.
- Implement automation practices to streamline deployment and operational processes.
- Define and refine processes for development, testing, release, updates, and support within the DevOps lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to:
- CI/CD pipelines and deployment errors.
- Kubernetes implementations and operations.
- IaC scripts and automation workflows.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in DevOps best practices and technologies.

QualificationsSkills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience implementing and managing cloud solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP. Expertise on any one cloud platform is mandatory.
- Advanced expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), especially with Terraform.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes (e.g., AKS, EKS, GKE) and container orchestration.
